The apprenticeship program is exclusively available for the Production Systems Engineering specialty. It is a 3-year engineering degree program completed through an apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship is a work-study training system that combines periods at the school with periods in a company, providing engineering students and young graduates with the synergy between academic knowledge and professional skills acquired in the workplace.

Benefits of the work-study program for the company
  • A recruitment solution tailored to your needs;
  • Strategic workforce and skills management;
  • Access to specific grants and tax exemptions: companies can benefit from regional aid, total or partial exemptions from social security contributions, and apprenticeship tax credits;
  • Controlled labor costs. The legal minimum wage (in the private sector) is determined by the apprentice's age, the degree level being prepared, and the progress within the training cycle.

The Production Systems Engineering program is part of the ITII (Institute for Industrial Engineering Techniques) training network. CFAI d'Auvergne is the institutional partner of Polytech Clermont.
