Polytech Clermont a eu l’honneur d’accueillir le Dr Swarnima Agnihotri, enseignante-chercheuse à l’Université de Borås (Suède) dans le cadre d'une mission STA. Cette visite s’inscrit pleinement dans notre volonté commune de renforcer les échanges académiques, de favoriser le partage de savoirs et de développer des projets de recherche conjoints à l’échelle internationale.

Des échanges riches et prometteurs

Polytech Clermont had the honor of welcoming Dr. Swarnima Agnihotri, a faculty member at the University of Borås (Sweden), as part of an STA mission. This visit fully aligns with our shared commitment to strengthen academic exchanges, promote knowledge sharing, and develop joint international research projects.

Rich and Promising Exchanges

Dr. Agnihotri’s presence led to discussions around our respective research areas. Together, we identified several avenues for collaboration in strategic domains, aiming to build sustainable bridges between our teams and reinforce our scientific cooperation.

We also explored opportunities offered by mobility programs, particularly Erasmus+, to facilitate exchanges of students and faculty members. These prospects underscore the importance of international partnerships in enriching our pedagogical approaches, fostering innovation, and opening new horizons for our students.

Profile of Dr. Swarnima Agnihotri

Dr. Swarnima Agnihotri is a scientist and educator specializing in microbiology, industrial biotechnology, pulp and paper technology, as well as the industrial conversion of wood, plants, and residual materials into high-value products such as biofuels and biomaterials.
Alongside her scientific work, she is also a poet and writer—a rare and inspiring profile that embodies the link between scientific rigor and artistic sensibility.
