Pierre Breul, Director of Polytech Clermont, welcomed Professor Alvaro Peña Fritz, Director of the Intelligent Industry Doctoral School at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso (PUCV).

Overview of actions with the school
I have collaborated with the Department of Civil Engineering on the mobility of Chilean and French students. I have worked with Professors Eric Fournely, Roland Gourves, Claude Baconnet, and Pierre Breul. I have supervised theses with French students and welcomed them to my engineering department in Chile.

To promote academic mobility for both faculty and students, supporting exchange and double-degree agreements, which are now extended to three PUCV departments. Additionally, to develop collaborations on co-supervised doctoral programs to enhance postgraduate studies in Chile and strengthen research partnerships.
